600 de la Gauchetière West

Designed in 1983 by the firm David, Bouvla, Cleve architects, the 600 De La Gauchetière West, with its neighboring building 700, form two modern style twin towers that have made them part of the iconic skyline of downtown Montreal.

Located in the Quartier International in downtown just a stone’s throw from Old Montreal, the location of the 600 De La Gauchetière West makes it a dynamic and a sought-after destination with unparalleled accessibility. Located at Square-Victoria-OACI metro station, just a short stroll from the Centre Bell, Gare Windsor, Central Station, Place Ville-Marie, Place Bonaventure and commuter trains and buses, the Tower is easily accessible by car and public transit. It is also directly connected to the Montreal Underground City pedestrian network RÉSO.

The building was acquired in July 2019 by Kevric who is formulating a major repositioning for this downtown flagship tower. A major investment program will be enacted to ensure that the 600 Tower meets the highest standards in commercial real estate. One of the central elements in this investment will be to transform the building by giving it a new lobby facing Square Victoria, as well as modernizing its architecture. Kevric intends to apply its expertise in the industry to ensure that the building continues to be an iconic address in the city. The company wants to develop the tower so that it remains a location of choice for companies in the knowledge, technology and media sectors, as well as Montreal’s new industries.

The 600 De La Gauchetière West Tower offers over 710,000 square feet of Class A office space and is certified LEED Gold and BOMA BEST Platinum.
