Altoria is a residential complex of 152 high-end condominium units built above the Viger Tower building and which were completed in 2014. 7250 Mile-End (Montreal)

In July 2012, Kevric acquired two very promising buildings in Montreal’s Mile End district – 7250 Mile-End and 7450 Mile-End. This bustling neighbourhood, near Jarry Park and its tennis complex, is full of historic buildings, new residential projects, shops and restaurants. Both buildings are easily accessible by public transit, bicycle or automobile.

We saw outstanding potential in 7250 Mile-End, and have redeveloped this building, which now offers loft-style office space with large open spaces and tremendous views.

7450 Mile-End (Montreal)

7450 Mile-End is located near Jarry Park and its tennis complex, many historic buildings, new residential projects, shops and restaurants, with large open spaces and tremendous views. The office building is 320,000 square feet and has 8 floors.

The office of a tenant has been awarded the Office Prize (Category Office over 20 000 square feet).

150 Bloor Street West (Toronto)

When acquired by Kevric in 2008, 150 Bloor Street West did not meet current standards for a property of its calibre. When resold in July 2014 and following major works coordinated by Kevric, 150 Bloor Street West is now positioned as a multi-use prestige building.

Fontaine Building (Gatineau)

The Fontaine Building in Gatineau had been abandoned for three years when Kevric acquired it in 2006. In just a few years, the firm had completely remodeled it into a modern building that met the strict LEED Silver standard. When Kevric sold the building in 2011, it was fully occupied by federal government agencies

Cochrane Business Park (Toronto)

Cochrane is a complex of six buildings in the Toronto suburb of Markham. Its 250,000 square feet of “flex space” are suitable for either offices or industrial uses (the buildings are easily accessible, and their brick exterior lends them a certain charm). The complex has been sold by Kevric in 2020.

300 Henry (Toronto)

When acquired in 2007 by Kevric, 300 Henry was run down and neglected. The industrial building of 230,000 square feet has been completely renovated.

6835 Century (Toronto)

When Kevric took over 6835 Century in Toronto’s western suburbs, it was a shabby industrial building that could no longer attract quality tenants. Kevric turned it into an attractive office building by revamping both its exterior façades and interior spaces. Kevric sold the building in 2012

OACI (Montreal)

In charge of assembling the lands and preparing (and winning) the government call for tenders for the rental and construction of the ICAO building (inaugurated in 1996), Richard Hylands remained responsible for the building for Westcliff until the summer of 2005.

Dominion Square (Montreal)

As co-manager of the building until August 2005, Kevric was responsible for repositioning this property on Dorchester Square, a landmark park in downtown Montreal.
