    Kevric announces sale of two properties to Blackstone Real Estate

    Blackstone Real Estate acquires two properties and expands its partnership with Montreal’s Kevric Real Estate Corporation, which retains an interest in each asset and manages both properties. Blackstone Real Estate acquired 1100 Atwater in Westmount and the Air Canada Tower in downtown Montreal for a transaction of over $230 million.

    Le réputé studio Quantic Dream s’installe à Montréal

    Montréal réussira-t-elle à faire l’unanimité autour de Quantic Dream ? Le mythique studio français, adulé par des millions d’inconditionnels pour ses trames narratives, mais critiqué pour le manque d’action dans ses jeux vidéo, annonce ce mardi l’ouverture dans la métropole québécoise de sa première filiale à l’extérieur de Paris. À terme, une cinquantaine d’employés seront responsables du design de jeu, qui inclut les mécaniques qui sont souvent perçues comme le talon d’Achille de Quantic Dream.
