Six5 Studios consists of three inter-connected two-storey office buildings and two filming studios with a total area of approximately 77,000 square feet. The property consists in:

-Buildings B & C: Two steel-frame office buildings which were first built in 1987 and renovated in 2019. The buildings consist in approximately 24,000 square feet and house the support functions of the filming studios (production, wardrobe, post-production, catering, etc.)

-Studio 2: A large open filming studio of approximately 10,000 square feet with concrete floor, exposed ceiling of 30 feet height and a 12-foot concrete pit for filming use
