It is at the center of a rebirth in eastern Toronto. Consilium Place\u2019s sleek glass towers are the focal point of the region\u2019s busiest intersection, drawing some of the country\u2019s top business movers.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"project\">\n<h3>Altoria (Montreal)<\/h3>\n<div class=\"thumb\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevric.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/Tour-Aimia.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Altoria (Montreal)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kevric.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/Tour-Aimia.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"135\" height=\"135\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"description\">Altoria is a residential complex of 152 high-end condominium units built above the Viger Tower building and which were completed in 2014. The residential tower is one of Canada&#8217;s few LEED certified residential properties and features leading-edge building systems. This bustling neighbourhood, near Jarry Park and its tennis complex, is full of historic buildings, new residential projects, shops and restaurants. The office building is 320,000 square feet and has 8 floors.<\/p>\n<p>The office of a tenant has been awarded the <a href=\"https:\/\/prixdesign.com\/portfolio\/telecon\/\">Office Prize <\/a>(Category Office over 20 000 square feet).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"project\">\n<h3>150 Bloor Street West (Toronto)<\/h3>\n<div class=\"thumb\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/150bloor.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"150 Bloor Street West\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/150bloor-thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"135\" height=\"135\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"description\">When acquired by Kevric in 2008, 150 Bloor Street West did not meet current standards for a property of its calibre. When resold in July 2014 and following major works coordinated by Kevric, 150 Bloor Street West is now positioned as a multi-use prestige building.<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/projets-realises\/english-150-bloor-street-west\/?lang=en\">Learn more<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"project\">\n<h3>Fontaine Building (Gatineau)<\/h3>\n<div class=\"thumb\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevric.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/edifice-fontaine.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Fontaine Building (Gatineau)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kevric.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/edifice-fontaine-thumb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"135\" height=\"135\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"description\">The Fontaine Building in Gatineau had been abandoned for three years when Kevric acquired it in 2006. In just a few years, the firm had completely remodeled it into a modern building that met the strict LEED Silver standard. When Kevric sold the building in 2011, it was fully occupied by federal government agencies<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"project\">\n<h3>Cochrane Business Park (Toronto)<\/h3>\n<div class=\"thumb\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevric.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/cochrane-Bing.png\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Cochrane Business Park (Toronto)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kevric.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/cochrane-Bing.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"135\" height=\"135\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"description\">Cochrane is a complex of six buildings in the Toronto suburb of Markham. Its 250,000 square feet of \u201cflex space\u201d are suitable for either offices or industrial uses (the buildings are easily accessible, and their brick exterior lends them a certain charm). The industrial building of 230,000 square feet has been completely renovated.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"project\">\n<h3>6835 Century (Toronto)<\/h3>\n<div class=\"thumb\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kevric.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Picture2.jpg\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kevric.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Picture2.jpg\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a><\/div>\n<div class=\"description\">When Kevric took over 6835 Century in Toronto&#8217;s western suburbs, it was a shabby industrial building that could no longer attract quality tenants. Kevric turned it into an attractive office building by revamping both its exterior fa\u00e7ades and interior spaces.
