99 Atlantic

Office building Development Project Toronto 99 Altantic was constructed in 1905 as the home of the Brunswick Balke Co., a manufacture of billiard tables, billiard balls and associated equipment. The 99 Altantic project is comprised of two phases: the modernization of the existing facilities while respecting the historical integrity of the brick and beam type building, as well as the redevelopment of the underutilized portion of the site. The new building will provide approximately 110,000 sq. ft. of new mixed use space respecting state of the art LEED Silver standards of sustainability in design. The new building will sync with the existing building as well as the boiler house, yet support its own distinct character. A courtyard, which will be situated between the existing site and the new building, will be designed to unite the building complex. Modifications to existing 99 Atlantic building will include new ground level and basement suites creating new retail entrances and opportunities.
